Chemours Krytox™ is a brand of the Chemours company who have a superior product range built upon a 200 year old legacy.

Krytox™ gives extreme performance for extreme conditions. A comprehensive range of PFPE oils and greases based on many years of experience with fluorine based lubricants. These materials are used in a wide variety of extreme and critical lubrication applications. They offer the ultimate lubrication solution where conventional lubricant technology is unable to survive, typical examples being extreme operating temperatures and pressures, and harsh chemical environments. They provide ultimate component reliability and can demonstrate extended lubrication intervals or even sealed for life lubrication regimes.

Krytox™ products are available in a vast range of different oils and formulated greases to meet all applications. Oils vary by viscosity, molecular weight, vapour pressure, thermal stability and viscosity index. Functionalised PFPE oils are also available.

Greases are blended using in-house micro-fine PTFE. Grades are also available built on non-melting thickeners suitable for use at extra high temperatures (300 – 400°C). Products are made to standard NLGI grade 2 stiffness, other NLGI grades available upon request. The grease range is extensive and includes additised variants using different base oils offering anti-corrosion and extreme pressure functionality. Relevant industries include aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, electronics, food, metal manufacture, motorsport, paper and corrugator, and reactive gas sectors.
