Vacuum Fluids and Greases
Vacuum fluids and greases are an essential part of vacuum systems.
They provide lubrication, sealing and the action of diffusion pump fluids allow the achievement of ultra-low vacuum. High quality products ensure the most trouble free operation helping to maximise your production up time.
GBR Technology offer a comprehensive series of vacuum fluids and greases to suit all needs. Mechanical pump fluids can be supplied in various viscosities to suit all pumps and processes.
We offer our well established CVC® own branded diffusion pump fluids alongside products from a number of leading global manufacturers supplying vacuum greases for all applications including Apiezon®. They have a range of hydrocarbon based, silicone free high vacuum greases which are non-migrating to ensure contamination is reduced and ultimate cleanliness is achieved. We stock a range of these products which can be delivered speedily to customers.

| Super Vac 15 | A blend of Petro Canadas’ semi-synthetic HT hydrocracked base oil and a patented additive system to provide extremely low vapour pressures for maximum pump efficiency. Silicone Diffusion Pump Fluids
Phenyl methyl silicones are generally recognised as very effective pumping fluids for diffusion pumps. They offer excellent resistance to oxidation and are thermally and chemically stable.
